H&M needs to stop [btw so does Forever 21], I can see right now what the problems with the H&M version will be. The fit looks very boxy and it looks like it weights a ton, but for $20 you can have whatever you like (lol). Thats tax money compared to some of the other jackets I've purchased in the past. The YSL jacket is priced at $1,050

Yea, the H&M version is not as well cut. It's probably the cheaper fabric.
